William Thomas “Tommy” Jackson was born December 30, 1949 in Scotland County, son of the late Zachary Richardson Jackson and Gladys Clark Jackson. Tommy worked many years with Terminix Pest Control, and attended Northview Harvest Ministries. His love of the outdoors was his enjoyment, spending time fishing, golfing, baseball, and riding the roads. He was known for his happy personality and loved spending time with his family and friends. Tommy will truly be missed each of them. He passed away at the age of 71 on November 23, 2021.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Pleaz Jackson Ronnie Jackson and Harry Jackson.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Blanche Della Locklear Jackson of the home; daughter, Donna Jackson of the home; sister, Patsy Dover of Laurinburg; special niece and nephew, Tracy House (Michael), Quentin Locklear (Samantha); great nephew and nieces, Jaylan Locklear, Kaylan Locklear, Logan House, and Leia House, along with his extended family and friends.
A Memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
