Wilbert Woodell

Mr. Wilbert Woodell, age 83 of Red Springs, formerly of Laurinburg passed away on November 18, 2024.

He was born November 4, 1941 in Robeson County, NC, loving son of the late Marvin and Leslie Holmes Woodell. Wilbert enjoyed his work in the construction industry for many years. He loved fishing and especially spending time with family and friends. Wilbert will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Rachel Woodell Wilkes, Betty Woodell Smith, and Teresa Lynn Woodell.

Wilbert is survived by his siblings, Margie Woodell Ward of Laurinburg, Doris Quick and husband, Danny of Hamlet, Delbert Woodell and wife, Doris of Bennettsville, SC; along with his loving extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2024 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel.   The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
