Velma Clark of Rowland departed this life at the age of 86 on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
She was the loving daughter of the late John and Molly Strickland Clark, born December 24, 1938 in Scotland County, NC. Velma was a devoted employee of Charles Craft working in the textile industry for many years until her retirement. She faithfully served as a member of Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church. Left to cherish her memory is son, William Clark of Rowland; sisters, Margaret Clark and Lena Miller both of Laurinburg; grandchildren, Brayden William Clark, Courtney Clark, Natasha Cheyenne Clark, Kenrick Clark, Sierra Clark: and great-grandchildren, Joshua Fipps, Brylan Locklear, Brennan Locklear, Kenna Clark, Jenna Clark; along with many loving family and friends.
