Tracy "Angela" Lowery Obituary

Tracy Angela “Pook the Duke” Faye Lowery, was born in Robeson County, daughter of the late Tracy Lowery and Brenda Diane Driggers. She was a homemaker who dedicated her life to her family. Tracy was a determined, strong-willed person, who also had a fun side, dancing, joking, and always making others laugh. She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She passed away at age 38 after a long illness, on November 7, 2021.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by nephews, Jayden Driggers and Triston Bullard.

Tracy is survived by her sons, Tracy E. Oxendine, Dean Oxendine; brothers, Tracy F. Lowery (Windy), Steven A. Driggers (Natoshia); sisters, Sutina Monte (David), Christina Bullard; special friend, Thearchie McPhatter, along with her many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Shoeheel Holiness Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the church.
