Timothy Lee Locklear

Timothy Lee Locklear, age 59 of Laurel Hill passed away on June 30, 2025.

He was born November 20, 1965 in Scotland County, son of the late James Ernest Locklear and Betty Jane Troublefield Locklear. Timothy worked for many dedicated years as a maintenance supervisor for Riggins Enterprises, Inc. He loved fishing, finding treasures while antiquing, and watching old westerns on the television. His greatest joy was cooking a wonderful meal for his family and friends and time spent together creating lifelong memories. Timothy will be deeply be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, James Mitchell Locklear and Richard Joseph Locklear.

Timothy is survived by his sons, Charlie Lee Locklear, Michael Derrick Campbell, and Matthew Eric Campbell all of Laurel Hill; brother, James T. Locklear (Debbi) of Laurel Hill; grandchildren, Brinley Locklear, Audrey Campbell, Nicole Green, Nora Campbell; stepfather, Fred Locklear (Teresa) of Laurel Hill; uncle, Clarence Troublefield of Laurel Hill; mother of his children, Caroline Starner of Laurel Hill; along with his loving extended family and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel.  The family will have a time of visitation following the service at the funeral home.
