Thomas "Ty" Ryan Gibson, Jr.

Thomas “Ty” Ryan Gibson, Jr., was born January 18, 2000, loving son of Thomas “Ryan” Gibson and Amanda Brigman.  He was a hardworking, talented carpenter who enjoyed his work in construction with Overboard Remodeling.  He enjoyed his time fishing, hunting, and building bonfires to share time with his friends.  Ty most loved his time spent with family.  He departed from his earthly life at the age of 21 on November 19, 2021. 

He leaves behind his father, Thomas “Ryan” Gibson and Ashley of Laurinburg, his mother, Amanda Brigman of Prospect; grandparents, Tommy and Cheryl Gibson of Laurinburg, Cathay Brigman of Pembroke, Richard and Kathy Locklear of Laurinburg, Jamie Moore of Laurinburg; brother, Garrett Gibson of the home; sister, Dakota Dunn of Prospect; his uncles and aunts, Casey Gibson (Kristl), Reed Gibson (Elizabeth), Mary Bender (Kevin), David Brigman II (Jenny), Mary Ann Brigman, Elizabeth Brigman, his many cousins and a host of loving family and friends.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021 at the Caledonia United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Kelly Barr.   Burial will follow in the Caledonia Church Cemetery.
