Thomas "Tommy" Richard Bryan

Thomas “Tommy” Richard Bryan, son of the late James and Betty Wallace Bridges was born October 21, 1951 in New Bern, North Carolina.  He was a man of many talents, one being a carpenter with a long career in residential construction.  He enjoyed being a collector of many “things” and spending his time being a care giver to his father and mother.  He was always willing to help others in a time of need.  He adored his family and cherished time spent with each of them.  Tommy passed away at the age of 74 on November 26, 2025.  A loving and devoted brother, uncle and friend who will deeply be missed.

Along with his parents James and Betty, he is preceded in death by sister, Kathy Bridges Peitz.

Tommy is survived by his sisters, Brenda “Susie” Puckett of Pinehurst, Tammy Bridges Jones and husband Ricky of Aberdeen, Dena Bridges Sessoms and husband Greg of Aberdeen; brother-in-law, David Peitz of Rockingham; along with a host of adored nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at graveside, 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Beulah Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, West End, NC.    The family will receive friends following the service at graveside.
