Terry Wayne Benton

Terry Wayne Benton was the son of the late Goley and Josephine Green Benton born September 24, 1956 in Scotland County, North Carolina.   As a young man, Terry enjoyed playing sports, especially volleyball. He also enjoyed fishing along with traveling.   His life work was in restaurant management until retiring.  Terry loved his family and time shared with each of them.   He passed away at the age of 67 on November 11, 2023.  

Terry is survived by his sons, Bailey Benton and fiancé, Jaiden of Charlotte, Tanner Benton of West End; step son, Seth Maness of Wilmington; wife, Jan Andrews Benton of West End; his sister, Phyllis McMillan (Steven) of Laurinburg, and brother, Gary Benton (Ann) of Whiteville; and a host of loving family and friends.
