Samuel Levern Wyatt was born on August 18, 1954 in Jacksonville, Texas, son of the late A J Wyatt and Martha Milligan Sager. Samuel was a Veteran who proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corp. He worked many years with the Department of Transportation of South Carolina and volunteered for over 45 years at Clio Rural Fire Department. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid fan of the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Dallas Cowboys. Samuel loved his family and spending time with them. He will truly be missed by each of them. He passed away at age 67 on November 11, 2021.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by stepfather, Brian Sager.
He leaves behind his wife, Connie Locklear Wyatt of the home; son, Brian Locklear (Destiny) of Clio, SC; brother, Calvin Wyatt of Clio, SC, along with his extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Leland Grove Freewill Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Tracy Locklear. Burial will follow in Red Bluff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 15, 2021 at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
