Ruby Horne Bridges

Ruby Horne Bridges, age 90 of Laurinburg departed this life on May 11, 2025.

She was the loving daughter of the late Willie Horne and the late Rachel Tyson Horne, born June 4, 1934 in Roseboro, NC. Ruby served as a member of South Laurinburg Church of God. She enjoyed creating a warm and inviting home for her family and friends, working crossword puzzles, and bowling.  Ruby will be dearly missed and remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Alfred Bridges; son, Brent Bridges; and sister, Shelia Mae Horne.

Ruby is survived by son, Michael Bridges of Wagram; grandson, Jason Bridges; and great-grandson, Daniel Bridges; along with her extended family and friends.
