Randall Edward Vest of Wagram departed this life at the age of 76 of November 17, 2024.
He was born March 4, 1948 in Pinehurst, North Carolina, loving son of the late George Washington Vest and the late Ruby Wilkes Vest. Randall proudly protected his community working many devoted years in law enforcement until his retirement. Later in life many knew Randy for his love of preaching the gospel and singing gospel music. His love for music led to the founding of the Riverside Ministry Singing. Randy was also gifted in wood working, cherished a good cup of coffee, and his favorite pastime of coon hunting. His greatest treasure came from time shared with family and making cherished memories. Randy was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings, Lee Lynch and Geraldine Stancil.
Randall is survived by sons, Randall Scott Vest of Wagram, Richard Dale Vest (Krystal) of Clarendon; daughter, Parker Bullard (John) of Raeford; sister, Polly Holder of Georgia; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and special friends, Steve Phillips, Tony Seay, Jimmy Ivey, Johnny Greene, Lamont McNeil, and Johnny Williamson; along with a host of loving family and friends.
