Phillip Caulder Obituary

Phillip Wayne Caulder, age 67 of Hamlet passed away Saturday, April 17 ,2021.

Phillip was born March 26, 1954 in Edgefield, SC, son of the late Walter Caulder and Elizabeth Avant Caulder. He worked many years as a carpenter and dedicated his life to his family. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his only son, Jerry Dwayne Clayton.

Phillip leaves behind his wife of 29 years, Mary Loretta Caulder of the home; daughters, Tonya Clarke, Wendy Flowers, Sabrina Clayton; brother, Joe Caulder; sisters, Deanna Morgan, Wanda Birchfield, Tammie Gibson; grandchildren, Shane Caulder, Leanne Flowers, Brittany Flowers, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A private interment is being planned for a later date.
