Pauline Lewis Jorgensen

Pauline Lewis Jorgensen, age 87 of Laurinburg passed away on October 16, 2020.  She was born May 27, 1933 in Hope Mills, North Carolina, a loving daughter of the late John Pope Lewis and Penny Lizer Cain Lewis.  She and dedicated her life to being a devoted Christian who loving cared for her family as a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Karl Edward Jorgensen, Sr.  Pauline enjoyed her time cooking for family and large crowds.   One of her many favorite past times was attending all the ball games of her family members. Her legacy of love will be cherished by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by daughter-in-law, Claudia Jorgensen; brother, Marvin Lewis and sister, Mabel Atwell

Pauline is survived by sons, Karl Jorgenson, Jr., and wife, Vicky of Wagram, Gary Allen Jorgensen and wife, Donna of Wagram, Mark Lewis Jorgensen and wife, Jeanna of Laurinburg, Michael Wayne Jorgensen of Gandeeville, WV; William Harold Jorgensen and wife, Teresa of Laurinburg, James E. Jorgensen and wife, Kirstie of Laurinburg; and daughter, Cynthia Jorgensen Zeder and husband, Michael of Elkridge, MD; fifteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren along with a host of loving family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 in Hillside Memorial Park.  Pastor Richard Tyson will be officiating the services.
