Ngochong Thi Le

Ngochong Thi Le, age 86 of Laurinburg, NC, formerly of California passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Doai Ba Le and the late Chat Thi Le born in Vietnam on February 1, 1937.  Ngochong was the matriarch of her family, a devoted homemaker, loving mother and grandmother, sister and friend. Her greatest enjoyment was caring for and sharing time with her family.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Xich Van Le; and children, Anh-Tuyet Le and Quoc-Tuan Le.

Ngochong is survived by her sons, Hung V. Le and wife, Corrine Le of Malibu, CA, Vu Le and wife, Mien Le of San Francisco, CA, Khanh Le and wife, Thucoanh Nguyen of Anaheim, CA; daughters, Kimloan Le and husband, Khoan Nguyen of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, Ngockhanh Le and husband, Gio-An Ho of Laurinburg, NC; brothers, Lam Le, Thuong Le; sisters, Kimthanh Pham Le, ThanhHuong LeTran, Huong Hoa Le; eleven adored grandchildren and two precious great-grandchildren; along with a host of extended family and friends who will miss her greatly.

A Memorial Mass service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Laurinburg.  

Ngochong will return to California for Funeral Services and Burial in the San Fernando Mission Catholic Cemetery, Mission Hills, CA.
