Michael Wayne Foster

Michael Wayne Foster of Laurel Hill, NC departed this life at the age of 54 on November 5, 2023.

He was the oldest son of the late Elbert Foster and the late Abbie Clark Foster, born on February 19, 1969 in Belle Glade, Florida.  In his younger years, Michael enjoyed spending time with his father hunting and fishing.  He also enjoyed reading and writing poetry.  He was a joyful person who loved to make others laugh.  Michael’s greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family who will dearly miss him.

Michael is survived by his son, Christopher Hartley and wife, Kalyn of High Springs, FL; brothers, Mark Foster and wife Beth, and Mitch Foster and wife, Angie each of Laurel Hill; two grandchildren; along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel.

Family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
