Mary Eunice Watts

Mary Eunice Watts, age 90 passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Scottish Pines Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Laurinburg. 

Eunice was born in Scotland County on August 1, 1930, to the late Roddy Watts and Mary Strickland Watts. Eunice worked in the retail clothing business for years. She served as a faithful member of Springfield Church of God while her health was good.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Morris Watts, Ruby Watts Jones, Grace Watts, and James Watts.

She is survived by her sons; Wayne Castevens of Laurel Hill and Roger (Buddy) Jones of Laurel Hill, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the Springfield Church of God with burial following in Hillside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to services at the church.
