Marlene Mae Kerr

Marlene Mae Kerr, age 67 of Laurel Hill passed away on October 3, 2018. 

Marlene, only child of the late Bob and Grace Voiles Kerr was born April 15, 1951 in Pennsylvania.  She retired after many years of service from the Eaton Golf Pride Corporation.  She enjoyed attending the McColl Pentecostal Holiness Church and Higher Dimensions.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed working in her garden. Her greatest joy was sharing time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She leaves behind her daughters, Caroline Kettlety (James) and Mera Perry; her grandchildren, Anthony James Brayboy, Kristen Locklear, Dustin Sheppard, Alyssa Sheppard, Makayla Hall, Nila Kettlety, Deuce Broussard and great grandchildren, Cameron Brayboy, Bailey Brayboy, Aubrey Brayboy, Josiah Bowens and Emmanuel Smith.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial following in Hillside Cemetery.  The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
