Judy Anderson Hogan of Laurinburg departed this life for her Heavenly home at the age of 72 on July 12, 2024.
Judy was born April 13, 1952, the loving daughter of the late George Anderson and the late Sally Britt Neverve of Scotland County, NC. She was the loving wife to the late Harry Hogan, precious mother of two sons, a terrific grandmother and great grandmother. Along with being a homemaker, Judy loved her career as a cosmetologist making others look beautiful and feel special with loving fellowship. She was blessed with the talent of music, loved playing the piano and singing gospel hymns to her children and grandchildren whom she also taught to play music. In younger years, she was an athlete and enjoyed playing the game of softball. She was always so proud to attend and watch her sons and grandchildren play in their sporting events. Judy cherished her time shared with her family and she will dearly be miss by each of them.
Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by brother, Donald Anderson.
Judy is survived by her sons, Tim Hogan (Nichelle) of Indian Trail, Tommy Hogan (Margaret) of Laurinburg; grandchildren, Brett Hogan, Lisa H. McCormick, T.J. Hogan (Brook), Mason Hogan (Paige), Nikki Simpson (Caleb), Bradley Hogan, and five great grandchildren; brother, Robin Neverve (Debbie) of Laurinburg; and a host of loving extended family and her many friends.
