Juan Gabriel Reyes

Juan Gabriel Rogel Reyes, age 49 of Laurinburg, NC, departed this life on Monday, May 1, 2023.

He was the beloved son of Graciela Reyes Gaytan and Justino Rogel-Flores, born on December 27, 1973 in Mexico City, Mexico.  Juan was a talented painter in the construction industry. He enjoyed swimming, an avid Major League Soccer fan, especially for the Cruz Azul Team, and also had a passion for working on cars. Juan was a family man who loved the time spent together making precious memories. He was an adored father, son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Left to cherish Juan’s memory are daughters, Yatzareth Rogel and Karen Rogel of Mexico; his parents, Justino Rogel-Flores and Graciela Reyes Gaytan of the home; brother, Fernando Rogel of Hamlet, NC; sister, Gisela Rogel of Laurinburg, NC; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Services to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023 in the Richard Boles Funeral Service chapel with burial following at Hillside Memorial Park.  The family will have a time of visitation prior to the services on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
