John David Hinson

John "David" Hinson, age 81 of Wagram passed away to his Heavenly home Friday, January 8, 2021..

David was born on September 20, 1939 to the late Marshall Hinson and Hazel Cole Hinson in Hoke County, North Carolina.  He was also preceded in death by five half brothers.  David proudly served in the United States Navy and later worked as an electrician in his business Almighty Electric. In addition to his employment, he spent many years serving the Lord as a prison minister.  David loved spending time hunting, fishing and time with family.

David is survived by his wife, Elaine of the home;  daughters, Bonnie Navarette and husband Steve of Bakersfield, CA, Jennifer Hinson and fiancé Matt of Clayton, NC; he was step father to, Ryan Watts, David Watts, Tony Tew, Donna Tew, Michael Jackson, Mitchell Jackson, Ronnie Jackson and Donnie Lynn Jackson; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Hillside Memorial Park.
