Jerry Dean Lee

Jerry Dean Lee, age 74 of Laurinburg passed away after a brief illness on May 4, 2025.

Jerry was the devoted and loving son of the late Annie Louise Lee Butler born September 14, 1950 in Marlboro County, South Carolina.  His was a kind man with a passion of caring for others as a Licensed Practical Nurse faithfully serving patients at Scotland Memorial Hospital for 24 years followed by Scottia Village until his retirement.  He loved animals of all kinds and enjoyed volunteering with the Humane Society of Scotland County. He enjoyed anything out doors, especially gardening and yard work.   Although his family was small, Jerry will deeply be missed by those he loved and cherished.

He is survived by his sister, Judy Turner and husband Jasper of Laurel Hill; his nieces, nephews and many special cousins.

A private service will be held at graveside in the Laurinburg Memorial Park.
