Jeffery Lynn Hardin finished his earthly journey 12/13/2025 at 12:40 pm. He is preceded in death by his mother, Letha Frances Calhoun, father-in- laws, Sonny Bennett and Bobby Caulder; and brothers-in-law, Clyde Bennett and Jerry Rice. Left to remember him are his loving wife, Donna B. Hardin and his father, John I Hardin; stepmother, Barbara and mother-in-law Janie Caulder. He also leaves behind his sisters, Gloria Rice, Cheryl and husband Rufus Milligan, Jona and husband Brian Anderson and in-laws Kimberly Bennett and Audrey Hersman. Keeping his memory alive are his daughters, Lynn and husband Woody Breeden and Kristin and husband Josh Parker. His grandchildren, Dakota Locklear, Callie and Georgia Parker and Nolan Breeden will always be reminded how much he loved them.
Jeff lived his life between Robeson and Scotland counties. He attended job corp. where he realized his knack for engine repair. He studied and worked hard, becoming a master diesel mechanic and spent many years at Vulcan Materials. Outside of work he loved to fish and tinker. His favorite show was The Curse of Oak Island. He loved spending time with his family. He always had a smile and a joke. You never wondered how he felt about you because he loved you no matter what. He will be truly missed and always remembered by everyone who knew him.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel followed by burial in Pinecrest Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to services on Wednesday from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
