James Harvey Jacobs

James Harvey Jacobs, age 70 of Laurinburg, NC passed away on December 16, 2024.

He was born June 12, 1954 in Marlboro County, SC, son of the late Martin Harvey Jacobs and the late Mildred Dee English Chavis. He worked in the auto repair industry in the Muffler Repair Shop for many years until retiring. James enjoyed fishing, watching westerns on the television, and sitting outside in his yard. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Deloris Faye Chavis and Rose Lynette Wilkins.

James is survived by his companion, Cammie Locklear of the home; sister, Lydia Adkins of Moncks Corner, SC; and his loving extended family and friends.
