Angela “Hope” Peele Burrow of Seagrove, formerly of Laurinburg, passed away at the age of 56 on January 18, 2025.
She was born May 24, 1968 in Scotland County, NC, the loving daughter of Robert T. Peele, Jr., and Shirley Locklear. Hope worked for many dedicated years as a phlebotomist with Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. She enjoyed singing, collecting angels, and riding horses. Hope was a loving wife and mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who will truly be missed.
Hope is preceded in death by grandparents, Everette and Anne Herndon.
Left to rejoice in her memory is husband, Timothy “Tim” B. Burrow of the home; sons, Rodney “Jody” Strickland, Jr., and Travis Adrian Jackson both of Laurinburg; parents, Shirley Locklear of Laurel Hill and Robert Peele, Jr., of Tennessee; brothers, Sandy Coleman of Florida, Brian Peele (Tammy) of Tennessee; sisters, Tara “Tina” Locklear (Jeff) of Laurel Hill, Tammy Peele Pleasant (Jimmy) of Laurinburg; special aunt and uncle, Brenda Peele McGirt and Jerry Leviner; special niece, Alana Schulz; father-in law and mother-in-law, Clayton and Inez Burrow of Seagrove; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel officiated by Rev. Woody Byrd. Burial will follow in the Peele’s Chapel Wesleyan Church Cemetery
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
