Frank Junior Scott

Frank Junior Scott, age 71 of Laurinburg, beloved son of the late Roy Scott and Mary Anna Thompson Scott, born February 23, 1952, departed this life for his eternal home on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. 

Frank proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked many years as a technician in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry, then self-employed as the owner and operator of a Convenience Store.  He then opened and operated Scotland Tax Services. Frank was a hard-working man who served God, and loved his family. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend who will be greatly missed.   

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings, Margaret Jennings, Frances Canipe, William S. Locklear, John Locklear, Roy Scott, Jr., and Ella Cummings.

Frank is survived by his siblings, Mary Jane Goins of McColl, SC, James Robert Scott (Linda) of Red Springs, NC, Bernice Williams of Wagram, NC, Pearlie Rogers (Tommy) of Laurinburg, NC, Ennis Scott (Teressa) of Darlington, SC; brother-in-law, Sanford Cummings of McColl, SC; special niece, Nancy Sanders Krystkiewicz; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, a special friend, Sheronica Smith along with his extended family, and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel.  Burial with military honors will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
