Elizabeth McNeill (McNeill) Stiller

Elizabeth McNeill Stiller, age 92 of Denton, North Carolina passed away to her Heavenly home Sunday, November 15, 2020.

Elizabeth was born October 18, 1928 in Harnett County, daughter of the late Charles Andrew McNeill and Bessie Willard McNeill. She was the loving wife to the late Paul Stiller. She retired from banking and was a member of Peele’s Chapel Wesleyan Church. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by sisters, Anna Lee White and Mary Virginia McNeill.

Elizabeth is survived by her son, William Lee “Bill” Sorrells, Sr. of Denton; step-children, Terry Stiller, Elizabeth Fant, Linda Fay Bassinger, Brenda Kay Kiser, Patsy Royal, Donnia Mauldin, Geraldine Jacobs; grandsons, William Sorrell, Robert Sorrell (Rachel); niece and nephew, Ann and Jim Larkin; her step-grandchildren, along with many friends.

A Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2020 in Hillside Cemetery.
