Elaine Frances Stewart Wiese of Fayetteville, North Carolina departed this life on the morning of January 24, 2023, at the age of 74.

She was the daughter of the late Stanley C. Stewart and the late Julia Waz Stewart born on August 29, 1948 in Buffalo, New York. Elaine cherished her work as a Registered Nurse retiring after many years of caring for others.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harlow Weise; and all her siblings.

Left to rejoice in her memory is her son, Richard “Rick” Best and wife, Pam of Laurinburg, NC; grandchildren, Hillary Starling and husband, Daniel, Garrett Best, and Ethan Best; along with her extended family and friends.
