Donna Wrenn (Jones) Buchanan

Donna Wrenn Jones Buchanan was the loving daughter of Alice Parrish Jones and the late David Newton Jones, Jr., born October 1, 1954 in Pinehurst, North Carolina.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to loving and caring for her family.   She enjoyed her worked in grocery retail for over 38 years with Winn Dixie and then retiring from Food Lion. She loved people and listening to their stories. Donna’s happiest times were those shared with Thomas riding their motorcycle. She was a simple woman who loved life and will truly be missed.  She passed away at the age of 67 on December 29, 2021.

Donna leaves behind her loving husband, Thomas Fulcher of their home in Winston Salem; daughters, Ashley Buchanan of Rural Hall, and Carma Buchanan of Clemons; step daughters, Ashley Fulcher of Charlotte, and Stacey Fulcher of Lexington her mother, Alice P. Jones of Aberdeen; brother, Richard “Ricky” Jones and wife, Tammy of Aberdeen; and grandson, Chandler Severt.  She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews and a host of loving family and friends.

Services will be held at graveside on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Southern Pines, NC.
