Dolores Dove Obituary
Dolores Jean Green Dove was born January 15, 1937, daughter of the late George Franklin Green and Mabel Zelda Friend Green. She was the loving wife to the late William Michael Dove, Sr., and loving mother of the late William “Bill” Dove, Jr. Dolores was a homemaker and worked many years as a clerical assistant. She was an avid reader, loved nature, bird watching and collecting sea shells on her trips to the beach. She was extremely artistic and enjoyed painting and crafting. She will forever be cherished as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Dolores passed away at the age of 83 on October 21, 2020.
She is survived by her daughters, Ramona Dove Hildreth (Tony), Robin Ann Dove, Dawn “Renee” Dove Holfert (Terry); grandchildren, Dallas Hildreth, John Hildreth, Matthew Hildreth, Havanna Holfert (Jarrett), Cross Holfert (Jenna); brother, David Green (Roxie) and her feline companion, Maggie.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
