Dianne Goins

Miss Dianne Goins, devoted and loving sister, aunt and God mother passed to her Heavenly home at the age of 77 on November 9, 2024. 

Dianne was a loving daughter of the late Neil Goins, Sr., and the late Annamae Strickland Goins born May 15, 1947 in Marlboro County, South Carolina.  She was an exceptional homemaker, faithful caregiver of her mother, sister and brothers, and in her younger years enjoyed working in textiles as a sewer.  She was a Godly woman who faithfully served as a lifetime member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church.  She loved working in her flowers and yard, playing computer games, and especially enjoyed fast cars.  Dianne was special to her family, always placing others and their needs before herself.  She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Dianne joined in Heaven her parents, Neil and Annamae Goins; brother, Olden Goins; sisters, Hazelene Goins, Fronie Goins Brigman, Vera Mae Goins Mumford; brother-in-law, Tommy Jernigan and sister-in-law, Frances Goins.

She leaves behind her brothers, Eugene Goins and wife Angie of McColl, SC, Curley Goins of McColl, SC, Neil Goins, Jr., and wife Patricia of McColl, SC, Ricky Goins and wife Connie of Bennettsville, SC; sister, Margaret Goins Jernigan of McColl, SC; brothers-in-law, Jesse Mumford and Lester Brigman of McColl, SC; her adored God sons, Bryson Goins and Joshua McGill; her many nieces, nephews, loving extended family and church families.

Visitation will be 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Richard Boles Funeral Service.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at the Oak Grove Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Earl Henderson and Rev. Robert Goins. Burial will follow the service in the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
