Deborah Howell Obituary

Deborah Gaye Howell was a loving daughter of the late Roderick and Gracie Howell born July 11, 1955 in Scotland County. She retired after many years in the retail business. Her greatest joy was sharing time with her family and friends. Deborah passed away at her home at the age of 65 on February 8, 2021.

She is also preceded in death by a brother, Roderick D. Howell II

She leaves behind her special companion, Phillip Gregory of the home; brother, Richard Howell and sisters, Shelia H. Pender, Janette H. Hyrowski all of Georgetown, SC along with a host of loving family and friends.

Private services are being planned for a later date.
