Cynthia Elaine Williams Miller, age 61 of Laurinburg, lovingly called “Red” by her family and friends passed away on August 4, 2022.
She was born on February 4, 1961, in Marlboro County, South Carolina to Juanita Virginia Lambert Williams and the late Rev. John William “JW” Williams. Cynthia worked caring for others as a private Certified Nursing Assistant. She enjoyed attending and worshiping at Bennettsville Wesleyan Church. Red loved gardening with a special passion for orchids, she also enjoyed shopping and cleaning house. Family was the most important to Red and she loved sharing time with each of them especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death brother, Johnny Williams.
She is survived by her companion, Jonathan “Bubbie” Sprouce of the home; sons, Ryan Rackley (Maria) of Corpus Christi, TX, Frederick Aaron Rackley of Austin, TX, Landon Chase Loflin of Laurinburg; daughters, Shannon Dee Rackley (Rodney) of Arizona, Kristy Driggers (Johnny IV) of Laurinburg; her mother, Juanita L. Williams of Laurinburg; sisters, Diane Bullard (Buck) of Bennettsville, SC, Sylvia Langworthy (Peter) of Pinehurst, Robin Williams of Gloucester, VA; grandchildren, Johnny V, Abigale, Madison, Gabby, Roman, Miles, Levi, Darlene, Katie, and great grandson, Malcolm; a host of nieces and nephews, especially John Eric Williams, her K9 companion, Rosie, and K9 grand dogs, Roscoe, Rufus, along with her many special friends.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Curtis Williams, Jr., officiating.
Visitation will be prior to the service on Sunday beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
