Cellie Ann Dunn Todd

Cellie Ann Dunn Todd, age 91 of Laurel Hill passed to her Heavenly home on January 19, 2021.

Cellie was the daughter of the late Gadei and Lizzie Dunn born at home on September 24, 1929.  She was the loving wife of 44 years to the late Alvie Todd, Sr.  She was a devoted homemaker and worked with Toastmaster retiring with over 20 years of service.  Cellie was the oldest living member faithfully serving for over 70 years at the East Laurinburg Church of God.  To her family, she will be treasured as a loving mother and grandmother whom they will truly miss.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by son-in-law, Tommy Barnes; grandchildren, Patricia Bartell and Randy Barnes. 

Mrs. Todd leaves behind her children, Luther Todd and wife, Margaret of Laurinburg, Mary Ann Barnes of Laurel Hill, Alvie Todd, Jr., and wife, Betty of Maxton; eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren; along with her church family and a host of loving family.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the East Laurinburg Church of God with burial following in Laurinburg Memorial Park.   The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church. Rev. Brett Davis, Rev. Harry Clark, Rev. Jerry Oxendine will be officiating the services.

COVID-19 restrictions will be followed for all services with facial mask and social distancing.
