Carroll Leviner Obituary

Mr. Carroll Leviner of Laurel Hill passed away to his Heavenly home at the age of 83 on Monday, September 22, 2025.

He was the loving son of the late Gurney and Lula Mae Butler Leviner, born August 2, 1942 in Scotland County. Carroll was a valued employee working as a loom technician with Springs Mill for over forty years until retiring. In January 1966 he married the love of his life, Maxine Ellen Leviner, with whom he shared a beautiful life. Carroll was a Godly man who served as a member of Springfield Church of God. He enjoyed tinkering on lawnmowers and tractors. Carroll loved his family and time spent together. He will be greatly missed and remembered as a loving husband, adored father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and devoted friend.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings, Gonzel Lee Leviner, Charles Lee Leviner, and Molly Leviner Cribb.

Left to rejoice in his memory is wife, Maxine Leviner of their home; son, Darren Leviner (Luvine) of Pembroke; daughter, Donna Leviner Clark (Glenn) of Maxton; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; along with many loving extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the Springfield Church of God with burial following in Hillside Memorial Park.

Visitation will be prior to services on Thursday beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the church.
