Bulah Mae Locklear Milligan was the first born to the late Daniel and Georganna Jones Locklear on December 25, 1949. As a child and young lady, she loved helping care for her family and younger siblings. She married the love of her life, Leonard “Pete” Stokes Milligan and they happily raised their family in a Christian home for 44 years until his passing in 2020. She was a true servant for the Lord, a faithful member of the East Laurinburg Church of God where she loved the women’s ministries. She also cherished her ministry visiting those in nursing homes.
