Bonnie Sue Sanderson Clark, loving wife, mother, sister, and friend departed this life at the age of 57 on February 4, 2025 after a long illness.
She was born February 25, 1967 in Scotland County, NC, the adored daughter of the late Tracy and Mary Rose Locklear Sanderson. Bonnie served as a faithful member of First Assembly of God in Maxton, NC. A precious homemaker, Bonnie took great pleasure in creating a warm and welcoming home for her family. Bonnie enjoyed keeping a clean tidy home, shopping trips, and especially sharing time with her family and friends. Bonnie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by sisters, Jacqueline Deese, Imagene Jones, and Donna Lynn Sanderson.
Left to rejoice in her memory is her adored husband of 35 years, Teddy Ray Clark, Sr., of the home; son, Julius Ray Clark also of the home; sister, Jennifer Locklear, Rose Mary Sullivan, Sara Ann Sanderson, and Becky Sanderson all of Maxton; along with a host of loving extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday evening, February 8th at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 9th at the First Assembly of God with burial following in the Clark Family Cemetery in Maxton.
