West-Murley Funeral Home is serving the family of Anthony “Tony” Boutwell.
Anthony “Tony” Boutwell, age 50 of Sunbright, TN (formerly of Laurinburg) passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Parkwest Medical Center. He was born in Oneida, TN on September 14, 1975. Tony served his community faithfully as a paramedic and educator, both of which he felt honored to do so.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Boutwell; grandmother, Wilda Mae Watson Hill; grandfather, Ben Hill; great-grandmother, Maude Davis; brothers, Benji Boutwell and Christopher Boutwell Bowling; many special aunts and uncles and will be overjoyed to be reunited with them as well as his Sallee grandchildren in Heaven.
Tony is survived by his wife, Heather Boutwell; children, Emmiley Sallee (Brad Sallee), Mathew Campbell (Kaitlyn Campbell), Landon Boutwell, Kaden Boutwell, Ryleigh Boutwell; parents, Louise Hill Boutwell Bowling (Danny Bowling); grandchild, Elise Campbell; brothers-in-law, Keith Campbell (Regina Campbell) and Lee Campbell; stepsiblings, Daniel Shannon Bowling, Brandon Bowling and Tasha Bowling; very dear friends, Gerald Jarmush, Koralie and Richard Emerson, Charles Golden Sr. and Mashailla Golden, Lelend Nitzschke; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Friends may visit with the Boutwell family on Monday, January 12, 2026 from 12 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Golden officiating.
Committal service will follow in the Davey Boyatt Cemetery in Oneida.
