Ann Morrison Teal Long

Ann Morrison Teal Long of Laurinburg, NC departed this life at the age of 88 on May 8, 2025.

She was the loving daughter of the late Robert Lee Morrison and the late Vivian Seals Morrison, born December 7, 1936 in Richmond County, NC. Ann’s love for caring for others led to a fulfilling nursing career for many years until retiring. She served as a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church until her health declined. Ann was a gifted piano player, loved to do puzzles, cross stitching, and tending her garden. She took great pride in keeping an immaculate yard. Ann dearly loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Along with her parents, she is preceded by her husbands, Robert Teal and John “JW” Long, Jr.

Ann is survived by her adored children, Lee Teal and wife, Susan of Gainesville, Georgia and Janet “Jan” Teal Fink and husband, Michael of Hamlet; along with 4 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
