Albert Hunt

Albert Hunt, age 50 of Maxton passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel.   Burial will be at a later date in Preston Cemetery.

Albert was a son of the late Fred and Evelyn Locklear Hunt born June 2, 1968 in Robeson County.  Before his illness, he enjoyed his work in construction.  He loved being outdoors, doing yard work and cleaning his truck.  He also enjoyed watching NASCAR racing.  His greatest enjoyment was time spent with his family.

Albert is survived by his children, daughter, Shannon Celine Hunt of Rowland and sons, Amon Wesley Hunt and Blake English Hunt of Maxton; his companion, Brandi Barton of Maxton; brothers, Danny Hunt (Sarah) of McColl, SC, Anthony Hunt (Sherry) of Wagram; sisters, Sandra Oxendine of Lumberton, Marilyn Scencenbaugh (Lyle) of Maxton and Amy Hunt of Charlotte; a special niece, Mia Deese of Maxton; special caregivers, Judy and Alvin Chavis along with a host of loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
