Alan Junior Figueroa, age 48 from Gibson, NC passed away on December 1, 2025.
He was born August 18, 1977 in Marlboro County, SC, loving son of Alan Figueroa and the late Elaine Clark Flecha. Alan worked in the construction industry for many dedicated years. He was a simple man who enjoyed being at home, loved the outdoors, cooking, and was an avid Washington Redskins fan. His greatest joy came from time spent with family and friends. In Alan's early years he spent a great deal of time with Barbara Shelly; Billy Bert Shelly and Theresa Shelly. Alan will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to rejoice in his memory are sons, Christopher “Chris” Hoover (Jada) of Raeford, Dante Figueroa (Brooke) of Hamlet, Alan “Kota” Figueroa of Clover, SC, Joshua Figueroa of Gibson; daughters, Natalie Treff of Rock Hill, SC, Ariel Figueroa of Gibson; special friend, Britney Treff of the home; father, Alan Figueroa of Florida; brothers, Alex Figueroa and Bryant Figueroa both of Florida; sisters, Tonya Michelle Clark of Lumberton, Tina Knox of Winterville; grandchildren, Cason Hoover, Adan Canoleyva; and special aunt, Cathy Clark who carried him to his treatment appointments; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial following in Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday and the funeral home.
