Robert "Robbie" Edward Monroe III

Robert Edward Monroe, III, age 30 of Laurinburg passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019.

Robert was born March 14, 1988, a loving son of Sharon Mangum Monroe and the late Robert Edward Monroe, Jr.  He was always happy and loved sharing his smile with others.  He was a hard working young man who loved being outdoors, listening to music and playing with his son, Jordan and dog, Boo.  He enjoyed his time working with Batman Wild Life Damage Control and David Breeden Farms.

Robbie leaves behind his son, Jordan Anthony Monroe and the mother of his child, Elizabeth Brigman; his Mother, Sharon Monroe and George Norfleet of Laurinburg; brother, Matthew “Diesel” Monroe of Laurinburg, special friend, Martha “Cousin Butchy” Norfleet and his K9 companion, Boo.

A graveside memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the McNeill Family Cemetery.
