Penny Lee Tinder Dillon, age 76 of Laurinburg passed away at her home on Friday, August 2, 2019.

Penny was born June 15, 1943 in Monmouth, Illinois, a daughter of the late Harold and Katherine Hallbick Tinder. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dillon. Penny was a devoted homemaker who truly loved caring and sharing time with her family, especially with grandchildren.

Surviving are her children, daughter, Lori Chenault (Bob) of Laurinburg; sons, Scott Sells (Rita) of Maysville, IA and Dean Parish (Debbie) of Davenport, IA along with her nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren. She also leaves behind a brother, Mickey Tinder (Penny) of Springfield, IL and a host of loving family.
