Mckinnley (Mac) Paris Graham was born May 1, 1943 in Amigo, West Virginia, and was called to his heavenly home December 22, 2019.
He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, affectionately known to his family as “Poppy”. He served God and his country with honor. Enlisting on his seventeenth birthday, he served 4 years in the Marine Corps, including deployment during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He then served 22 years in the Army with several deployments including the Vietnam War. He achieved the rank of CW3 and was respectfully called Chief for the rest of his life, including the 20 years of Civil Service that he worked after retiring from the Army.
His favorite thing in life was being the best friend to his wife of 56 years, his beloved Nancy. Blessed to have loved him, and left to cherish his precious memory are his loving wife Nancy, two daughters Karen (Gordon) and Carol (Eric), adopted son Kenny, three grandsons Douglas (Kathleen), Patrick, Kyle (Rebecca), and two great-grandchildren Dean and Ireland.
Graveside services with military honors will be 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2019 at the Springhill Cemetery in Wagram, officiated by Rev. Marvin Seals. Family will receive friends following the service at graveside.
