Grady Edwards, Jr.

Grady Edwards, Jr., age 61 of McColl, SC, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019.

Graveside services with military honors will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 in the Laurinburg Memorial Park.

Grady was a son of the late Grady Edwards, Sr., and Evelyn Little Edwards born in Scotland County on June 10, 1957.  He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He loved his work of many years as a long distant truck driver.  He enjoyed listening to old country music and was an avid NASCAR fan especially of Dale Earnhardt.  He loved his family and cherished his time spent with each of them.

Grady is survived by his daughters, Amanda Todd (Rich) of Conway, SC, Evelyn “Evie” Gilliard (Alexander) of Laurinburg, NC, Tonya Edwards of McColl, SC, and mother of his children, Darlene Edwards of McColl, SC; a brother, Danny Ray Edwards of Ohio and sister, Cathy Edwards of Laurinburg, NC; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren along with a host of loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
