Elizabeth “Ann” Baker Larkin of Laurel Hill departed this life at the age of 71 on April 12, 2024.
She was born December 31, 1952 in Lee County, NC, the loving daughter of the late Thadis Baker and the late Mary Virginia McNeill. Ann enjoyed her career as a Chiropractor's Assistant, working with Dr. Williams for many devoted years. She served as a member of Peele’s Chapel Wesleyan Church. Ann loved to work in her garden, going to flea markets, and cookouts with family. She most cherished time with family and the memories they shared. Ann was a devoted wife, adored mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who will truly be missed.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Donald G. Baker; and sister, Brenda Faye Baker.
Ann was survived by her daughter, Lorie Lorenzo Medlin of Anniston, AL; brother, Ray Baker (Violet) of Ellerbe; grandchildren, James Garrett Pinkley (Lacey) and Logan Nathaniel Gilreath; and great-grandchild, Eden Trinity Pinkley; along with many extended family and friends.
Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial following in Hillside Memorial Park. A time of visitation will be held prior to services from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the funeral home.
